Article 5: Coaching Services, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All coaching services, programs, sessions, intensives, and digital materials purchased from Monika Martin are non-refundable. Because coaching requires a commitment of time, preparation, availability, intellectual property, and personalized guidance, all sales are final once payment is made.

A client’s personal opinion of the program, coaching, information, exercises, or recommendations does not create a right to a refund. Results from coaching depend heavily on the client’s willingness to participate, complete the assigned work, apply the concepts, and remain engaged in the process.

By enrolling, the client agrees to take responsibility for their own participation and progress. This includes attending scheduled sessions, completing agreed-upon exercises, honestly examining patterns and beliefs, and applying the strategies and practices discussed during coaching.

Monika Martin provides guidance, education, perspective, tools, exercises, and a structured process intended to support meaningful personal and relational change. However, no specific financial, emotional, personal, relationship, or other outcome is guaranteed. Each client’s results will vary based on their circumstances, level of participation, decisions, and willingness to implement the work.

Choosing not to participate fully, complete the work, attend sessions, or follow through with the coaching process does not entitle the client to a refund, partial refund, credit, or cancellation of any remaining payment obligation.

Scheduling and Cancellations: If a client needs to reschedule a private coaching session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used and may not be rescheduled, except at Monika Martin’s discretion.

If a coaching package includes multiple sessions, the client is responsible for scheduling and using those sessions within the stated program period. Unused sessions do not create a right to a refund.

Monika Martin reserves the right to discontinue coaching with a client whose behavior is abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or seriously disruptive to the coaching relationship. Any refund in such circumstances, if any, will be determined at Monika Martin’s sole discretion and subject to applicable law.
